Through the mid 1990s to the early 2000s his newspaper column Fair Dinkum ran in Tamworth’s Northern Daily Leader, The Newcastle Herald, The Albury Border Mail and The Moree Champion.

They were often a little left field, a bit out there but always a lot of fun.

His blogs are no different – and he’s getting back in the swing.

His book, Fair Crack Of The Whip, is not only chock-a-block full of poems, it also features a stack of his columns. Well worth a read.
